Today I'm linking up over at Focused on the Magic for
the Wordless Wednesday Disney blog hop! Today's theme is Adventure. We both really enjoyed our adventure up Mount Everest at Animal Kingdom on our honeymoon! Click the button below to join in on the blog hop!
Thank you! I almost psyched myself out before we rode it, but like all Disney coasters- even Mission: Space!!- it's really rather tame compared to *real* roller coasters! But it's still a ton of fun!
I love that view in the park, the flags, the mountain - I have it too as it's such a photogenic spot, it's a great choice for Wordless Wednesday!
Never had the guts to actually ride Expedition Everest though, I'm not much of a coaster person anyhow, but I hate things that go backwards as it makes me queasy :(
I have a lot of fun standing at the bridge and listening to other people's screams though :D
It's really not that scary! But yeah, the backwards thing could definitely throw you off.... At least you can get some pretty pictures of the mountain!
Great shot of a great adventure :)
ReplyDeleteGorgeous shot! You really captured the mountain's sense of adventure and majesty!
ReplyDeleteI finally braved Everest during my last trip. Took my breath away--still not sure if it was a good thing or bad thing. LOL!
